Als Sales Development Representative bist du dafür verantwortlich, autarc im Markt sichtbar zu machen, neue Kunden zu begeistern und die Grundlage für langfristige Partnerschaften zu schaffen. Standort: Berlin

  • Du kultivierst und entwickelst Beziehungen zu B2B Kunden wie Heizungsbauern und Solarinstallateuren, indem du aktiv Kontakt aufnimmst, Interesse weckst und Termine für Produktdemonstrationen generierst.
  • Du nutzt verschiedene Kanäle für die Neukundengewinnung, mit einem klaren Fokus auf Outbound Calls, Messeaktivitäten und die Präsenz auf Plattformen wie LinkedIn.
  • Du aktivierst potenzielle Kunden durch klare und überzeugende Gespräche, erkennst ihre Bedürfnisse und zeigst, wie autarc ihren Arbeitsalltag vereinfachen kann.
  • Du identifizierst neue Marktchancen, Projekte und Partnerschaften und trägst damit direkt zum Wachstum von autarc bei.
  • Du beobachtest aktiv Branchen und Wettbewerber, um Marktbedürfnisse besser zu verstehen und unser Angebot weiter zu stärken.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem GTM, Produkt und Sales zusammen, um Kundenfeedback direkt in die Weiterentwicklung der Software einfließen zu lassen.

  • Du hast Leidenschaft für Software Sales und fühlst dich in einem dynamischen, schnelllebigen Umfeld wohl.
  • Du bringst eine proaktive, flexible und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit und hast einen hohen Anspruch an deine eigenen Ergebnisse.
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, kannst Menschen überzeugen und Stakeholder sicher durch Gespräche führen.
  • Du brennst für die Transformation der Energiebranche und setzt dich gerne für innovative Lösungen ein.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch
  • Erste Erfahrung mit HubSpot oder anderen Lead Generation Tools ist von Vorteil.
