En tant qu’Assistant Commercial (H/F), tu rejoins l’une de nos agences Vendezvotrevoiture.fr pour jouer un rôle clé dans le rachat de véhicules auprès de nos clients !

Description du poste

  • Ambassadeur·drice : offrir un accueil chaleureux et professionnel à chaque client
  • Coordination : collaborer avec le siège pour l'expédition des contrats
  • Gestion : garantir la conformité et la fiabilité totale des dossiers administratifs
  • Expérience client : assurer un accompagnement d’exception de A à Z
  • Vie d’agence : veiller à la bonne tenue et au rayonnement de ton agence

Qualifications

  • Tu aimes les défis : une motivation naturelle pour relever des challenges.
  • Tu as le sens du contact : une aisance pour échanger avec chaque client.
  • Tu sais écouter : tu identifies vite les besoins de tes interlocuteurs.
  • Tu es fiable : de l'autonomie, des responsabilités et l'esprit d'équipe.
  • Tu es rigoureux(se) : une expérience administrative réussie à ton actif.
  • Tes outils : la maîtrise de la bureautique et le permis B.

Informations supplémentaires

Package moyen de 25 600 € bruts à l'année (20 100€ de fixe + 3700€ de variables + prime gestion des contrats)

Start bonus 535€ le premier mois et variable garanti de 200€ le mois suivant.

Le ou la candidat(e) retenu(e) bénéficiera des dispositions de rémunération applicables à sa catégorie de poste en vertu de la convention collective en vigueur (Automobile, IDCC 1090) notamment en matière de primes conventionnelles et de tout autre avantage prévu, sous réserve de remplir les conditions d'éligibilité requises.

  • Entretien Manager : rencontre avec Jean-Younes, pour échanger sur tes compétences.
  • Immersion : une étape terrain pour découvrir ton futur quotidien en agence.
  • Validation Finale : un dernier échange avec Thibault, ton futur N+2 pour confirmer le match.
