Für unsere offene Position als Health and Safety Coordinator (d/m/w) suchen wir dich! Stellenbeschreibung

  • Sei unser Experte im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und bringe unserem Team das Thema näher
  • Berate unsere Teamleiter und Mitarbeiter an unseren beiden Produktionsstandorten in der Nähe von Berlin und Regensburg bei allen Fragen rund um das Thema Arbeitssicherheit
  • Definiere geeignete Maßnahmen zur Vorbeugung und zum Schutz von Arbeitsunfällen
  • Beobachte und dokumentiere Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsrisiken bei der Gestaltung von Arbeitsabläufen und Arbeitsplätzen
  • Erstelle Verbesserungsvorschläge und setze diese eigenständig in die Realität um, des Weiteren liegt die Planung und Organisation von Schulungsmaßnahmen in deiner Hand

Qualifikationen

  • Kaufmännische Berufserfahrung oder Erfahrung im KFZ-Bereich
  • Eine Weiterbildung oder eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit wäre wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise, Organisationsfähigkeit und dein Kommunikationstalent gehören zu deinen Stärken
  • Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft, um Projekte vor Ort umzusetzen
  • Du hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind ein Must-Have!
