Als Junior Facility Manager zorg jij ervoor dat onze vestigingen vlot, veilig en efficiënt blijven draaien. Je combineert facility management, aankoop en administratie en krijgt veel ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, verbeteringen door te voeren en mee te bouwen aan de verdere groei van AUTO1 Group.

Vacatureomschrijving

Als Junior Facility Manager ben jij de spil tussen onze vestigingen, leveranciers en interne teams. Je rapporteert aan de Senior Real Estate & Facility Manager en krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket met veel verantwoordelijkheid.

  • Beheer en optimalisatie van verschillende vestigingen, inclusief het opvolgen van facilitaire problemen en verbeterpunten.
  • Coördinatie van onderhoud, schoonmaak, koffievoorziening en andere facilitaire aankopen, inclusief het onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers.
  • Opvolging van preventief onderhoud in samenwerking met de preventieadviseur.
  • Beheer van purchase orders (PO’s) en correcte verwerking van facturen en administratieve opvolging.
  • Actief bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen, kostenoptimalisaties en een betere dienstverlening.
  • Gemiddeld 15% van de werktijd op verplaatsing naar verschillende filialen, leveranciers, klanten of afspraken. Hiervoor is een poolwagen beschikbaar.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met interne en externe stakeholders, waarbij initiatief nemen en actiegericht werken centraal staan.

Functie-eisen

  • 1 tot 5 jaar werkervaring, bij voorkeur binnen facility management, office management of een gelijkaardige omgeving.
  • Een zelfstandige, proactieve en actiegerichte ingesteldheid: problemen worden gesignaleerd én aangepakt, zonder af te wachten.
  • Sterke administratieve vaardigheden, gecombineerd met goed timemanagement en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om vlot professionele relaties op te bouwen met leveranciers, collega's en andere stakeholders.
  • Een goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, kennis van het Frans is een sterke plus.
  • Computervaardig, nauwkeurig en praktisch ingesteld, met een oplossingsgerichte mindset.
