  • Demonstrated ability to proactively monitor customer issues, identify risks, coordinate internal follow-up, and support timely resolution
  • Ability to learn new products, workflows, and technical concepts quickly and apply them in customer-facing situations
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining clear communication and follow-through
  • Ability to work independently with moderate to minimal guidance, take initiative, anticipate customer or project needs, and carry tasks through to completion

Skills and Competencies

  • Customer success mindset and stakeholder management
  • Technical problem-solving, support analysis, and escalation coordination
  • Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Cross-functional collaboration across Customer Success, Technical Support, Product, Consulting, and Sales
  • Planning, prioritisation, and follow-through on customer-facing actions

Success Measures

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
