Als Junior Buchhalter (w/m/d) bei Autohaus Royal unterstützt Du unser Finanzteam im Tagesgeschäft und übernimmst nach Deiner Einarbeitung eigene Aufgabenbereiche. Gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Kollegen sorgst Du für verlässliche Zahlen und gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Buchhaltungsprozesse mit. Deine Mission:

  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle
  • Mitarbeit in der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Buchung von Bankbewegungen und Vorbereitung von Zahlungsläufen
  • Kontenabstimmung und Klärung offener Posten
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Stammdatenpflege und digitale Belegablage
  • Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen zu buchhalterischen Rückfragen
  • Mitarbeit an der Digitalisierung und Optimierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen
  • Erste praktische Buchhaltungserfahrung durch Ausbildung, Berufstätigkeit oder einschlägige Werkstudententätigkeit
  • Grundkenntnisse der Finanzbuchhaltung und Verständnis für Buchungssätze und Kontenzusammenhänge
  • Gute Excel-Kenntnisse und idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit DATEV oder vergleichbarer Buchhaltungssoftware
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an der Übernahme eigener Aufgabenbereiche
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
