Als Junior Controller arbeitest Du eng mit unserem Finance-Bereich zusammen, unterstützt das Management-Reporting und entwickelst Deine Kenntnisse in Planung, Analyse und Unternehmenssteuerung Schritt für Schritt weiter.

Deine Mission:

  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Monatsreports, KPI-Auswertungen und Management-Analysen.
  • Mitwirkung bei der Budgetplanung und Forecast-Erstellung sowie Aufbereitung relevanter Entscheidungsgrundlagen.
  • Erstellung und Optimierung von Excel-Auswertungen und Reporting-Strukturen.
  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau von Dashboards und bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer BI- und Datenanalyseprozesse.
  • Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen zur effizienteren und transparenteren Gestaltung unserer Controlling-Prozesse.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Finance, Buchhaltung und den operativen Bereichen.

Dein Profil:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation.
  • Gute Excel-Kenntnisse und Freude an der Arbeit mit Zahlen und größeren Datenmengen.
  • Erste Berührungspunkte mit Reporting, Budgetplanung, Forecasting oder Plan-Ist-Analysen.
  • Eine analytische, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.
  • Interesse an BI-Tools, Datenvisualisierung und der Automatisierung von Auswertungen.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie die Motivation, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und fachlich dazuzulernen.
