Als Steuerfachangestellte / Finanzbuchhalter (w/m/d) übernimmst du verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben in unserer Finanzbuchhaltung und bringst deine Erfahrung aus Rechnungswesen und Steuerpraxis direkt in unser Unternehmen ein. Dabei verantwortest du laufende Buchhaltungsprozesse und wirkst an der ordnungsgemäßen Erstellung unserer Abschlüsse mit.

Deine Mission:

  • Verbuchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle sowie Bearbeitung und Kontierung von Bankbewegungen
  • Steuerung und Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Abstimmung von Konten sowie Bearbeitung und Klärung offener Posten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB sowie Abstimmung mit Steuerberatern
  • Erstellung der Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldungen sowie Ermittlung und Abstimmung von Rückstellungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und regelmäßiges Reporting an die Teamleitung Buchhaltung
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte:r, Finanzbuchhalter:in oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation, alternativ ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, im Rechnungswesen oder in einer Steuerkanzlei
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung bzw. Vorbereitung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Sicherer Umgang mit der Buchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle und Kontenabstimmungen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV sowie gute Excel-Kenntnisse
