Deine Mission:

  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung aussagekräftiger Monats- und Management-Reportings sowie relevanter KPIs für die Unternehmenssteuerung
  • Verantwortung für Budget- und Forecast-Prozesse inklusive laufender Plan-Ist-Analysen
  • Durchführung von Abweichungs- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen sowie Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Erstellung betriebswirtschaftlicher Auswertungen und Analysen zur Unterstützung von Geschäftsführung und Fachbereichen
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von KPI-Systemen und Dashboards, insbesondere mit Power BI
  • Aufbereitung und Analyse großer Datenmengen zur Identifikation von Trends, Potenzialen und Handlungsfeldern
  • Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung bestehender Controlling- und Reporting-Prozesse
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Controlling-Strukturen

Dein Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Controlling, Mathematik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in einem mittelständischen Unternehmen
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in Reporting, Budgetierung, Forecasting und Abweichungsanalysen
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
  • Erfahrung mit Power BI und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für datenbasierte Unternehmenssteuerung
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und ein sehr gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte strukturiert zu analysieren und verständlich für unterschiedliche Ansprechpartner aufzubereiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie Freude daran, bestehende Prozesse zu hinterfragen und aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
