Sie telefonieren gern? Super. Sie sind die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden. Sie vereinbaren Servicetermine, beruhigen im Pannenfall, finden Lücken im Werkstattplan, koordinieren die Ersatzfahrzeuge ... Und je mehr Geduld und Einfühlungsvermögen Sie bei all dem haben, desto besser.

Die Kunden kommen natürlich auch zu uns ins Autohaus. Schön, wenn Sie dann ein Auge darauf haben, dass sie sich bei uns wohlfühlen. Jemand wartet auf einen Verkäufer? Vielleicht bieten Sie einen Platz an ...

Ob am Telefon oder Counter – es kann schon mal turbulent werden; zum Beispiel, wenn alle Kunden gleichzeitig neue Reifen brauchen. Toll, wenn Sie dann die Ruhe bewahren und nach dem fünfunddreißigsten Anruf immer noch lächeln. (Und wenn nicht, ist das auch nicht schlimm. Wir wollen Ihnen hier nur den Job so genau wie möglich erklären.)

Die meisten Kunden sind sehr dankbar, dass wir uns kümmern. Ab und zu bringen sie uns sogar Schokolade mit. Hin und wieder gibt‘s aber auch ungeduldige Kandidaten – Sie nehmen's gelassen und bleiben freundlich (eine Herausforderung – wissen wir – aber wir unterstützen Sie).

Eins noch: Sie machen täglich Kassenabschluss. Passt das Kassenbuch zu den Buchungen? Stimmen Handkasse und EC-Belege? Manchmal ist das in fünf Minuten erledigt, manchmal dauert es ein wenig länger. Wir begleiten Sie, bis Sie das Gefühl haben, dass Sie es allein können.

Das ist uns wichtig

  • Gut, wenn Sie eine kaufmännische Ausbildung im Automobilbereich oder Büromanagement haben. Über Quereinsteiger freuen wir uns ebenfalls, wenn die Erfahrung passt.
  • Wichtig ist, dass Sie gern mit Menschen zu tun haben. Denn Sie kommunizieren wirklich viel bei uns – mit Kunden, mit Kollegen, mit Versicherungen und vielen mehr.
  • Mit dem PC können Sie umgehen, vielleicht mal ein Info-Schild in Word erstellen. Die BMW- Programme bringen wir Ihnen bei. Keine Sorge, ist kein Hexenwerk.
  • Die Automobilbranche steht nie still. Gut, wenn Sie offen für Neues sind.
