Sie sind der Dreh- und Angelpunkt zwischen Kunde und Werkstattteam. Morgens verschaffen Sie sich erst einmal einen Überblick: Wer holt sein Fahrzeug ab? Wer kommt zum Service vorbei? Sind Ihre Kundinnen und Kunden da, sehen Sie sich das Auto gemeinsam an – mitunter echte Schmuckstücke. Klemmt es irgendwo, forschen Sie nach. Vielleicht haben Sie direkt eine Idee und können beruhigen. Und wenn nicht, übernehmen die Kolleg*innen aus der Werkstatt die Fehlerdiagnose.

Alle Service-Fäden laufen bei Ihnen zusammen. Dafür tauschen Sie sich laufend mit den Kolleg*innen aus der Werkstatt, dem Teileverkauf und dem Kundenservice-Center aus.

Abwechslung ist garantiert: Jede Kundin, jeder Kunde bringt ein eigenes Anliegen mit. Und manchmal wird es turbulent: drei Rückrufwünsche gleichzeitig, eine Panne wirft den Tagesplan um oder eine Reparatur wird größer als gedacht. Sie behalten die Ruhe – und zaubern vielleicht sogar noch einen Leihwagen aus dem Hut? Besser geht’s nicht.

Läuft alles nach Plan, gestalten Sie Ihren Tag ziemlich frei. Anfragen bei der Leasinggesellschaft, Schreibarbeiten für anstehende Termine – dafür bleibt genug Zeit. Sie entscheiden, was Sie wann erledigen.

Das ist uns wichtig

  • Sie haben eine Ausbildung im Bereich KFZ-Mechatronik oder KFZ-Mechanik? Super - das brauchen Sie für diesen Job. Meister*in sind Sie auch? Noch besser (aber kein Muss).
  • Sie haben bereits mit technischen oder kaufmännische Aufgaben in einem Autohaus Erfahrungen gesammelt ? Prima, das wird Ihnen helfen schnell durchzustarten.
  • Circa die Hälfte Ihrer Arbeitszeit verbringen Sie am PC. Die Office-Programme haben Sie bestimmt drauf, die BMW-Systeme bringen wir Ihnen bei.
  • Einen Führerschein der Klasse B brauchen Sie auch.
