Die umfassende Organisation des kaufmännischen Bereichs im Autohaus spiegelt die Vielfältigkeit unseres Geschäftes: Automobilkaufleute kennen den Automobilmarkt und ihr Autohaus genau. Dir wird vermittelt, wie Verkaufs- und Werkstattaufträge zur Zufriedenheit der Kunden abgewickelt, Preise kalkuliert, Marketingmaßnahmen durchgeführt werden und der Markt sowie das allgemeine Verhalten von Kunden und Wettbewerbern analysiert wird. Abgerundet wird Dein Wissen durch Deinen Einsatz in unserer zentralen Buchhaltung und zum Thema Beschaffung in unserer zentralen Disposition. Du wirst also rundum fit im Automobilgeschäft!

Während Deiner dreijährigen Ausbildung durchläufst Du alle Abteilungen und bekommst einen umfassenden Einblick hinter die Kulissen unseres Autohauses. Die Werkstatt ist dabei natürlich ebenso ein Bereich, dessen Arbeitsweisen und Abläufe man kennen und verstehen muss. Die Themenschwerpunkte Deiner Ausbildung bei uns sind:

  • Betriebsorganisation
  • Personalwirtschaft
  • Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz
  • Kundendienst
  • Disposition und Beschaffung
  • Marketing und Vertrieb
  • Leasing, Finanzierung, Versicherung, Garantie
  • technische Gewährleistung, Zubehör und Teile
  • Kalkulationen
  • Kostenrechnung
  • Buchhaltung
  • bürowirtschaftliche Abläufe
