Atribuições:

  • Realizar reuniões de boas-vindas, treinamentos técnicos e operacionais por vídeo-chamada com os clientes;
  • Adaptar estratégias conforme perfil do cliente, sem comprometer o andamento da jornada e mantendo o controle de indicadores;
  • Manter relacionamento com os clientes via whatsapp para auxiliar no processo de adoção;
  • Desenvolver autonomia nos clientes ao direcionar dúvidas técnicas ao suporte;
  • Garantir a satisfação e engajamento do cliente durante o onboarding;
  • Realizar apoio interno à equipe de Onboarding nas dúvidas técnicas e resolução de problemas;
  • Identificar necessidades, apresentar e negociar produtos de expansão para o cliente em fase de adoção;
  • Absorver conteúdo via playbooks, assim como deve propor melhorias em processos e abordagens;
  • Monitorar indicadores de implantação (health score, engajamento, progresso, prazos);
  • Atuar de forma preventiva para mitigar riscos de churn ou atraso;
  • Conduzir controle de objeções na jornada de implantação e garantir a fidelização;
  • Manter registros atualizados no CRM e sistemas internos de acompanhamento;
  • Trabalhar com times internos (produto, suporte, vendas, etc.) para resolver entraves e repassar feedbacks estruturados;
  • Garantir entregas dentro do prazo esperado, com qualidade e satisfação.

Requisitos:

  • Conhecimento e familiaridade com CRMs (Hubspot);
  • Experiência prévia em gerenciamento de carteira de clientes em fase de implantação;
  • Proatividade e curiosidade;
  • Mentalidade voltada à resultados;
  • Comunicação verbal clara e objetiva;
  • Senso crítico e senso de urgência;
  • Adaptabilidade;
  • Didática.
