ANALISTA DE ONBOARDING

DESCRIÇÃO

Vamos aos detalhes da vaga 😃

Cargo: Analista de Onboarding;

Regime de Contratação: CLT

Modelo de Trabalho: Híbrido, sendo 3x presencial na semana.

Local de Trabalho: Alphaville/Pinheiros - SP;

Horário: Segunda a sexta-feira em horário comercial;

Carga horária semanal: 40 horas;

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES

  1. Conduzir a etapa inicial da jornada do cliente, desde o primeiro encontro até a conclusão do onboarding.
  2. Mapear objetivos, cenários e processos do cliente para orientar as configurações e entregas.
  3. Configurar a solução conforme necessidades do cliente.
  4. Realizar treinamentos (individuais ou em grupo) para capacitar o cliente no uso da plataforma.
  5. Alinhar cronograma, metas, entregáveis e responsáveis durante o projeto de implantação.
  6. Monitorar indicadores de progresso, engajamento e prazos, garantindo fluidez do processo.
  7. Mitigar riscos, resolver impedimentos e articular com áreas internas quando necessário.
  8. Registrar etapas, evidências e comunicações em ferramentas de CRM/CS.
  9. Realizar handover estruturado para a equipe de Customer Success ao final do onboarding.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  1. Experiência prévia em Onboarding, Implementação, Suporte Avançado ou Customer Success.
  2. Capacidade de condução de treinamentos e sessões de alinhamento com clientes.
  3. Habilidade de gestão de projetos e organização de cronogramas.
  4. Comunicação clara, didática e orientação consultiva.
  5. Capacidade de atuar com múltiplas contas simultaneamente.

Diferenciais:

  1. Vivência em empresas SaaS/B2B.
  2. Experiência com mapeamento de processos do cliente.
  3. Conhecimento de ferramentas de gestão de projetos (ex.: Trello, Asana, Monday), CRM e plataformas de CS.
