Join AutoScout24’s European Commercial Strategy & Pricing team and help shape commercial decisions across one of Europe’s leading automotive marketplaces.

As part of a small, experienced strategy team, you’ll work at the intersection of country organizations, Product, and senior management. You’ll tackle complex commercial challenges, take ownership of meaningful projects, and see how your recommendations translate into real business impact across European markets.

Your Role

  • Shape pricing and monetization strategies across our European markets, working on commercially critical questions with direct impact on business performance.
  • Deliver analytical workstreams independently, including business cases, pricing simulations, customer segmentation, competitive benchmarking, and performance assessments.
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced commercial strategy and pricing experts, exchanging perspectives, challenging ideas, and accelerating your professional development through shared problem-solving.
  • Partner with European country organizations, Product, and central functions, gaining a broad perspective on how a leading digital marketplace operates.
  • Turn complex analyses into compelling management recommendations, gaining direct exposure to senior decision makers and high-impact strategic initiatives.

Your Profile

  • 1–2 years of experience in management consulting, commercial strategy, pricing, or a comparable analytical role, ideally involving digital business models.
  • Strong quantitative and conceptual problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex questions and derive actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including financial modeling and management presentations; experience with SQL, BI tools, or AI-enabled analytics is a plus.
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with strong ownership, attention to detail, and a pragmatic approach to delivering results.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence collaborating with stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.
  • Fluency in English and a strong interest in digital marketplaces and commercial strategy.
