In Österreich betreiben wir die erfolgreichen Fahrzeugbörsen www.autoscout24.at und www.gebrauchtwagen.at und bringen täglich Autokäufer und Verkäufer zusammen. Für die Betreuung und den Ausbau unserer Händlerpartnerschaften in der Region Nord-Ost suchen wir dich als engagierte Persönlichkeit im B2B-Vertrieb.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die volle Verantwortung für die Bestandskunden in deiner Region.
  • Du verstehst die Bedürfnisse, Ziele und Herausforderungen deiner Kunden und berätst sie lösungsorientiert zu unserem vielfältigen Produktportfolio.
  • Du nutzt konsequent Cross- und Upselling-Potenziale im Rahmen langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen.
  • Du sorgst für eine starke Kundenbindung und gewinnst abgewanderte Kunden zurück.
  • Durch deine ausgeprägte Akquisestärke begeisterst du neue Händler für unsere Portale.
  • Als Markenbotschafter von AutoScout24 vertrittst du unser Unternehmen und unsere Werte im persönlichen Gespräch mit Kunden und Herstellern.

Dein Profil

  • Du kennst den Autohandel mit all seinen Herausforderungen und verstehst genau, was deine Händler im aktuellen Marktumfeld benötigen.
  • Als Verkäufer aus Leidenschaft bringst du Erfahrung im Außendienst oder Account Management sowie die notwendige Hartnäckigkeit und Resilienz mit.
  • Telefonische und persönliche Kundenbetreuung fallen dir leicht.
  • Dein Erfolg ist das Ergebnis deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise.
  • Du nutzt routiniert MS-Office-Programme, Salesforce und ChatGPT.
  • Du weißt, dass man allein viel und gemeinsam noch mehr erreichen kann.
  • Idealerweise verfügst du über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium.
  • Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Gehalt und Vergütung

Wir bieten dir bei entsprechender Erfahrung ein monatliches Fixgehalt von mindestens 3.300,00 EUR brutto. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt bei drei Jahren Berufserfahrung beträgt 2.543,40 EUR brutto pro Monat.

Zusätzlich profitierst du von einem attraktiven und fairen variablen Vergütungsmodell mit einem Provisionsanteil von 30%, das deinen Vertriebserfolg honoriert.
