Missão do Cargo:

  • Fortalecer a cultura de melhoria contínua dentro da companhia, com reporte direto ao Gerente de Qualidade, no desenvolvimento e gerenciamento do Programa de Excelência Operacional, através do acompanhamento de indicadores, criação de dashboards, auxílio em projetos de melhorias e auditorias internas de processos.

Como será seu dia a dia:

  • Criar e desenvolver relatórios de indicadores de performance no Power BI;
  • Automatizar cálculo de indicadores realizando o tratamento e conexão de bases de dados;
  • Treinar colaboradores na utilização de ferramentas de análise de causa e tratamento de anomalias;
  • Participar da definição de metas de KPIs através de análises históricas e estratégicas;
  • Criação e revisar indicadores estratégicos através de análises de processo;
  • Administrar o desenvolvimento de projetos de melhoria contínua dentro da companhia;
  • Atuar como multiplicador das ferramentas de qualidade nas áreas da companhia;
  • Realizar auditorias de Compliance em toda a empresa;
  • Realizar mapeamento de processo através de fluxogramas (as Is x To be);

O que é importante você ter:

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Gestão da Qualidade ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência com análise de processos, indicadores e planos de ação;
  • Excel avançado e domínio de apresentações gerenciais;
  • Conhecimento de ferramentas de melhoria contínua e análise de causa;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial aplicadas à produtividade;
  • Capacidade de transformar dados em diagnósticos e recomendações práticas.

Será um diferencial se você tiver:

  • Conhecimento de Power BI e automação de relatórios;
  • Formação em Green Belt ou Black Belt;
  • Experiência com gestão de projetos;
  • Conhecimento de Lean, BPM e metodologias de qualidade;
  • Experiência na aplicação de IA e ferramentas de automação em processos empresariais;
