Missão do cargo:

  • Apresentar os produtos e serviços disponíveis, esclarecer dúvidas dos clientes e oferecer soluções que atendam às suas necessidades, visando a satisfação do cliente e o aumento das vendas, de forma ética e profissional, de acordo com as políticas e estratégias internas.

Como será o seu dia a dia:

  • Recepcionar e atender os clientes com cordialidade, ética e profissionalismo, criando um bom relacionamento com o cliente;
  • Orientar operacionalmente o trabalho de profissionais menos experientes ou com atuação operacional e contribuir no alinhamento das demandas da equipe da área com a liderança;
  • Demonstrar os veículos disponíveis na loja, apresentando suas características, vantagens e benefícios, além de realizar test drives com os clientes, apresentando os recursos e funcionalidades do veículo;
  • Negociar preços e condições de pagamento, buscando atender às expectativas do cliente e maximizar as vendas, de acordo com as políticas internas e estratégia de vendas;
  • Responsabilizar-se pelas informações que levem ao cadastro de clientes e veículos no sistema de gestão da concessionária, mantendo a documentação atualizada;
  • Prospectar novos clientes e executar ações de vendas, realizando conversão de leads, para atingir as metas estabelecidas pela empresa
  • Acompanhar os clientes após a venda, oferecendo serviços de pós-venda e garantindo a satisfação do cliente;
  • Participar de treinamentos e capacitações oferecidos pela empresa, buscando aprimorar seus conhecimentos técnicos e de vendas;
  • Trabalhar em equipe com os demais consultores de vendas e com os demais departamentos da empresa, mantendo um ambiente de trabalho colaborativo e produtivo.

O que é importante você ter:

  • Ensino Médio Completo;
  • CNH B (válida);
  • Experiência com vendas;
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em horário comercial (seg a sex, 8h às 18h, e sáb 8h às 12h)
