Du bist ausgebildete Hebamme und möchtest in Deutschland arbeiten? Wir suchen engagierte, einfühlsame Hebammen aus dem Ausland, die Familien in einer der wichtigsten Lebensphasen begleiten möchten – von der Schwangerschaft bis zum Wochenbett.

💼 Deine Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung von Schwangeren vor, während und nach der Geburt
  • Durchführung von Vorsorgeuntersuchungen, Geburtsvorbereitung und Wochenbettbetreuung
  • Unterstützung bei Geburten (je nach Einsatzort: Klinik, Geburtshaus oder Hausgeburt)
  • Stillberatung und emotionale Begleitung junger Familien
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzt:innen, Pflegepersonal und anderen Hebammen
  • Dokumentation und Teilnahme an Teambesprechungen

🌍 Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium als Hebamme im Ausland
  • Bereitschaft zur Anerkennung deiner Qualifikation in Deutschland (wir helfen dir dabei!)
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf Niveau B1 (idealerweise B2)
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an der Arbeit mit Familien
  • Interesse an interkultureller Zusammenarbeit und Integration

✅ Voraussetzungen für ausländische Hebammen in Deutschland

1. Anerkennung der Berufsqualifikation

  • Deine Ausbildung als Hebamme muss mit der deutschen Ausbildung gleichwertig sein.
  • Die zuständige Behörde prüft deine Unterlagen im sogenannten Anerkennungsverfahren.
  • Wenn Unterschiede festgestellt werden, kannst du diese durch: einen Anpassungslehrgang (max. 3 Jahre) oder eine Kenntnisprüfung (praktisch + mündlich) ausgleichen.

2. Sprachkenntnisse

  • Du brauchst Deutschkenntnisse auf dem Niveau B2 - (kannst du in unserer Auxila Akademie lernen).
  • Für den Antrag reicht oft zunächst B1, aber für die Berufsausübung ist B2 Pflicht.

3. Gesundheitliche Eignung

  • Du musst durch ein ärztliches Attest nachweisen, dass du körperlich und psychisch gesund bist (nicht älter als 3 Monate).

4. Persönliche Zuverlässigkeit

  • Du brauchst ein polizeiliches Führungszeugnis aus deinem Heimatland (und ggf. dem Ausbildungsland), das nicht älter als 3 Monate ist.
  • Zusätzlich wird ein deutsches Führungszeugnis verlangt (Typ O – zur Vorlage bei einer Behörde).

5. Weitere Unterlagen

  • Tabellarischer Lebenslauf mit Unterschrift
  • Gültiger Reisepass oder Personalausweis
  • Geburtsurkunde (ggf. Heiratsurkunde bei Namensänderung)
  • Ausbildungsnachweise mit beglaubigter deutscher Übersetzung
  • Nachweise über Berufserfahrung (falls vorhanden)
  • Nachweis über Wohnsitz oder Arbeitsangebot in Deutschland (z. B. Einladung zum Vorstellungsgespräch)

📝 Antragstellung & Ablauf

  • Du stellst den Antrag bei der zuständigen Behörde im Bundesland, in dem du arbeiten möchtest.
  • Du kannst den Antrag auch aus dem Ausland stellen.
  • Die Bearbeitungszeit beträgt in der Regel 3–4 Monate, wenn alle Unterlagen vollständig sind.
