Pflegepädagogen, Medizinpädagogen oder Lehrer für Pflegeberufe (m/w/d) Bereich Pflegeberufe | Vollzeit | in unserer Auxila Akademie gGmbH. Wir sind auf die Aus- und Weiterbildung internationaler Pflegefachkräfte spezialisiert.

Wir suchen engagierte Pflegepädagogen, Medizinpädagogen oder Lehrer für Pflegeberufe (m/w/d) für den Bereich Pflegeberufe bei der Auxila Akademie gGmbH. Wir sind keine klassische Pflegeschule, sondern haben uns auf die Aus- und Weiterbildung ausländischer Pflegefachkräfte bis hin zur Anerkennung spezialisiert. Schwerpunkt der Tätigkeit sind daher Qualifikationskurse zum Ausgleich der unterschiedlichen Ausbildungen sowie die Durchführung von Kenntnisprüfungen und Abschlussgesprächen bei Anpassungsmaßnahmen und natürlich auch der Unterricht in unserer Akademie für internationale Pflegekräfte. Sie werden immer begleitet von erfahrenen DeutschlehrerInnen, die den Unterricht mit Ihnen gemeinsam gestalten.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Prüfungsabnahme von Anpassungsmaßnahmen und Kenntnisprüfungen innerhalb unseres pädagogischen Teams
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Anpassungslehrgängen
  • Durchführung von Qualifikationskursen bis hin zur Kenntnisprüfung als Pflegefachkraft
  • Beratung und fachliche Begleitung der internationalen TeilnehmerInnen in unterschiedlichen Ausbildungsgängen der Pflege
  • Unterrichten in der internationalen Akademie
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Lehrplänen und Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen
  • Planung und Organisation der theoretischen und praktischen Prüfungen
  • Beratung von internationalen Pflegekräften und Aufzeigen von Karrierechancen auf dem deutschen Arbeitsmarkt
  • Kooperation mit externen Partnern und Behörden

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau/-mann, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie
  • Abschluss eines oder Teilnahme an einem Pädagogik-Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Begeisterung für Neues und innovatives Denken
