Nuestro cliente es un corporativo regiomontano con más de 13 años de trayectoria, que impulsa el desarrollo industrial a través de soluciones innovadoras y alianzas estratégicas de largo plazo. Su grupo opera en sectores clave para la economía, entre ellos energía, logística, tecnología y construcción, con presencia en México y el sur de Estados Unidos.

Recientemente acaba de lanzar una nueva unidad de comercialización de gasolinas y diésel, respaldada por la solidez de un grupo consolidado. Para quienes se integren, es la oportunidad de crecer en una organización que valora la confianza, el crecimiento sostenible y el desarrollo de su gente.

El reto

Serás la persona responsable de que las cifras del grupo sean exactas, oportunas y defendibles. Liderarás al equipo de contadores y auxiliares, dirigirás los cierres y garantizarás que cada obligación fiscal se presente en tiempo y forma. Reportarás al Contralor y al Director General, con visibilidad directa en la toma de decisiones del grupo.

Lo que harás

  • Liderar, formar y desarrollar a un equipo de contadores y auxiliares contables
  • Dirigir los cierres mensuales, trimestrales y anuales de varias entidades
  • Asegurar conciliaciones al día y estados financieros confiables
  • Cumplir en tiempo y forma con ISR, IVA, DIOT y demás obligaciones fiscales, y atender a las autoridades (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT)
  • Supervisar el registro contable de cuentas por pagar y por cobrar, nómina, activos fijos, inventarios y costos
  • Fortalecer el control interno y la calidad de la información financiera
  • Impulsar la automatización y simplificación de procesos, y asegurar que el sistema contable/ERP esté bien parametrizado
  • Ser el enlace con auditores y despachos externos
  • Mantener informados al Contralor y a la Dirección General con claridad y de forma proactiva

Lo que buscamos

  • Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública o afín (deseable CPC, especialidad fiscal o posgrado en Finanzas)
  • 6 a 8 años de experiencia en contabilidad y fiscal, con al menos 3 liderando equipos
  • Dominio de NIF, ISR, IVA, CFF, CFDI, contabilidad electrónica y carta porte
  • Conocimiento de seguridad social (IMSS, INFONAVIT)
  • Excel avanzado y experiencia en ERP (SAP, Odoo, CONTPAQi, Aspel o similares)
  • Inglés intermedio (deseable)
  • Experiencia en empresas de transporte, industria o servicios con varias entidades (deseable)

Líder con criterio propio, autonomía y madurez. Comunicas con claridad, exiges con respeto y sabes sostener tu postura con argumentos técnicos ante cualquier nivel de la organización.

Tus beneficios y compensación

  • Sueldo: $50,000 a $55,000 MXN mensuales
  • Prestaciones: prestaciones de ley y esquema mixto de contratación (detalle en entrevista)
  • Horario: lunes a viernes, 8:30 a 18:30 hrs
  • Modalidad: presencial, en el corporativo del grupo en San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León
  • Posición de gerencia con alta visibilidad y reporte directo a Dirección General
  • Un grupo diversificado y en crecimiento, con espacio para construir y mejorar procesos
