Buscamos un Coordinador de Proyectos en Guadalajara ( Multilingüe ) una persona organizada y entusiasta que se encargará de gestionar y dar seguimiento a diversas iniciativas, optimizando la eficiencia operativa y asegurando la satisfacción del cliente en todo momento. Responsabilidades Clave

· Coordinar las iniciativas de la empresa, garantizando su ejecución a tiempo y forma

· Soporte en la gestión de clientes: Ser el punto de contacto entre nuestros clientes y el equipo, brindando un servicio excepcional y comunicación clara

· Elaboración y seguimiento de propuestas comerciales personalizadas, asegurando respuestas ágiles y de calidad

· Participa activamente en la creación y ejecución de estrategias de marketing, branding y posicionamiento de la empresa, para reflejar la visión y objetivos de Avalon

· Apoya la creación de materiales comerciales como presentaciones, publicaciones en redes sociales y más

· Gestión de base de datos y CRM: actualización y organización de información de clientes y proyectos en los sistemas internos

· Coordinación de eventos y networking: Apoyar y participar en la organización de conferencias, ferias y actividades estratégicas que fortalezcan nuestra red de contactos

· Generación de informes detallados sobre el progreso de proyectos, rendimiento de clientes y éxito de las estrategias comerciales.

Lo Que Esperamos de Ti

· Carrera técnica o profesional en Administración, Marketing, Recursos Humanos o afines.

· Experiencia previa en coordinación de proyectos, atención a clientes y gestión de procesos administrativos.

· Dominio avanzado de inglés, español y chino (¡es imprescindible!)

· Habilidades excepcionales de organización, gestión del tiempo y resolución de problemas.

· Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas y proyectos simultáneamente.

· Disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente, según las necesidades del negocio

Horario y Beneficios

· Lunes a viernes, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, con dos sábados medio día al mes.

· Trabajo en oficina con opción de home office en situaciones personales que lo requieran.
