Om tjänsten

Som deltidsanställd blir du en del av Avanzas riskhanteringsfunktion, ett engagerat och kompetent team på sju personer där vi stöttar varandra och har trevligt på jobbet. Hos oss får du en god inblick i riskhantering och kontroll på en av Sveriges ledande digitala banker. Vi erbjuder en flexibel arbetsmiljö som uppmuntrar egna initiativ och ger dig stort utrymme att växa.

Vi ansvarar för koncernens ramverk, metoder och verktyg för riskhantering och kontroll. Tjänsten är en timanställning som bygger på stor ömsesidig flexibilitet. Arbetsbehovet varierar över tid utifrån teamets projekt och leveranser: i mer intensiva perioder kommer det finnas möjlighet att arbeta mycket, medan det i lugnare perioder blir färre timmar.

Du har stor frihet att planera din arbetstid så länge överenskomna deadlines hålls. Arbetet kan utföras både på plats på vårt kontor och digitalt på distans, beroende på arbetsuppgift.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

Rollen erbjuder en bredd där du får insyn i riskhantering inom finansiell sektor. Initialt ligger tyngdpunkten på administrativ support för att stötta teamet, men för rätt person finns det stora möjligheter att ta sig an mer avancerade uppgifter:

  • Stötta riskhanteringsteamet med varierande administrativa uppgifter.
  • Delta i projekt för att utveckla och förbättra våra metoder och verktyg för riskhantering.
  • Få inblick i, och på sikt möjlighet att arbeta med, utveckling och/eller validering av riskmodeller.

Vem är du?

Eftersom vi är ett litet team som är beroende av varandra lägger vi stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper. För att trivas i rollen är du strukturerad, självgående och tar stort ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter. Du har dessutom en stark analytisk ådra, ett eget driv och en nyfikenhet som gör att du ständigt vill lära dig mer.

Vi tror att du har:

  • Pågående relevanta universitetsstudier (exempelvis inom ekonomi, teknik, systemvetenskap, matematik eller liknande) med examen tidigast 2029.
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.
  • Grundläggande kunskaper i Google Workspace.

Det är meriterande om du har:

  • Ett genuint intresse för att utveckla och/eller validera modeller.
  • God vana av att arbeta med siffror och finansiell data.
  • Kunskaper i Matlab (eller motsvarande) samt Python, då detta öppnar upp för att du ska kunna bredda dina arbetsuppgifter framöver.
