Nu söker vi en Engineering Manager till arean Customer Scalability inom Tech som tillsammans med övriga chefer inom Product & Tech arbetar både på en övergripande och strategisk nivå samt inom det specifika produktområdet. Vårt uppdrag är att möjliggöra en skalbar kundtillväxt utan att öka de operativa kostnaderna i samma takt. Du blir en viktig del i arbetet med att skapa vision, mål och engagemang i enlighet med Avanzas strategi.

På Avanza tror vi på självstyrande team som tar fram sina egna arbetsprocesser och vi har påbörjat resan mot att utforska AI-drivna arbetssätt. För att förverkliga våra ambitioner jobbar vi insiktsdrivet och i tvärfunktionella team. Vi tror starkt på teamarbete och värdesätter att jobba tillsammans.

Om tjänsten

Hela Product & Tech består av 35 utvecklingsteam som tillsammans bygger våra tjänster och erbjudanden. I rollen som Engineering Manager arbetar du nära ett eller två team och med personalansvar för utvecklarna. Den här rollen är kopplad till våra team som bygger och utvecklar Avanzas kund- och kontolivscykel. Vi arbetar för att säkerställa att hela organisationen har tillgång till högkvalitativ, tillförlitlig och uppdaterad kund- och kontodata när behovet uppstår.

Som Engineering Manager har du ansvar för att skapa bästa möjliga förutsättningar för ett starkt team och leder dem mot hög kvalitet och effektiva tekniska leveranser. Rollen innebär att kombinera affärsförståelse med teknisk riktning för att skapa konkret värde för både kund och bolag.

Vem vi söker

Vi söker dig som drivs av att utveckla både människor och teknik. Som Engineering Manager är du en coachande ledare som skapar engagemang och trygghet i teamet. Du är genuint intresserad av människor och motiveras av att se dina medarbetare växa och bidra med sin fulla potential.

Rent tekniskt har du en bakgrund inom modern systemutveckling. Du förstår värdet av hög datakvalitet, robust systemarkitektur och väldesignade API:er. Du är nyfiken på hur AI kan förbättra våra arbetssätt och du vill vara med och leda vår molnresa mot GCP.

Som ledare ser du till att det tekniska arbetet går hand i hand med produktstrategin. Du är trygg i tekniska vägval och stöttar teamen i att bygga hållbara lösningar, samtidigt som du är van vid att bygga tillitsfulla relationer i en föränderlig miljö.

Vi ser gärna att du har:

  • Erfarenhet av personalansvar och att leda utvecklare.
  • Bakgrund inom modern systemutveckling, gärna med fokus på dataintensiva system.
  • Erfarenhet av molnplattformar (GCP är ett stort plus).
  • Förståelse för hur man driver förändring och tekniska satsningar.
  • Nyfikenhet på AI och datadriven utveckling.
  • Relevant högskoleutbildning eller motsvarande erfarenhet.
