Samtidigt byter ni ekonomisystem och driver ett omfattande förändringsarbete inom Finance Transformation. Du kommer in som backfill för medarbetare som engageras i transformationen och systembytet. Din uppgift är att hjälpa till att säkerställa kontinuitet, kvalitet och stabil leverans i den löpande verksamheten. Det här är en roll där din erfarenhet gör stor skillnad mitt i en period av förändring. Arbetet utförs på plats på kundens kontor i Stockholm. Arbetsuppgifter Du tar en central roll i den löpande boksluts- och rapporteringsprocessen och kan självständigt ansvara för flera av följande områden: Du deltar i och ansvarar för boksluts- och rapporteringsprocesser för ett eller flera bolag. Du upprättar årsredovisningar, delårsrapporter och annan extern rapportering. Du genomför kontoavstämningar och säkerställer hög kvalitet i balans- och resultaträkningar. Du hanterar myndighetsrapportering och regulatoriska krav. Du arbetar med skatter, deklarationer och relaterade redovisningsfrågor. Du bidrar till kvalitet, korrekthet och leverans i den finansiella rapporteringen. Du deltar i revisionsarbetet. Du bevakar efterlevnaden av relevanta redovisningsregelverk och externa krav. Du bidrar till utveckling, effektivisering och kvalitetssäkring av processer och arbetssätt. KravAkademisk examen inom ekonomi, redovisning eller revision, alternativt motsvarande erfarenhet. Minst 3 års kvalificerad erfarenhet av redovisning, bokslut och finansiell rapportering från större företag eller revisionsverksamhet. Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att självständigt driva boksluts- och rapporteringsarbete. God förståelse för redovisningsregelverk och finansiella processer. Mycket goda kunskaper i Excel och övriga delar av Microsoft Office. Du är analytisk, strukturerad och kvalitetsmedveten, och arbetar självständigt och tar egna initiativ. Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga, både muntligt och skriftligt. MeriterandeErfarenhet från försäkringsbranschen eller annan finansiell verksamhet. Erfarenhet av försäkringsredovisning. Erfarenhet av redovisning i K3-bolag. Erfarenhet av SAP och arbete i större ERP-miljöer. Erfarenhet av komplexa redovisningsfrågor och finansiella utredningar.
