The posting

This role builds, maintains and scales a developer tooling platform and CI/CD infrastructure used by hundreds of engineers, combining platform reliability work with supply chain security.

## Tasks - Own and scale CI/CD infrastructure handling tens of thousands of jobs daily - Plan capacity, design runner architecture and keep the platform reliable under shifting load - Deepen GitOps workflows built on ArgoCD, including cluster state management across environments - Advance supply chain security posture including SAST and artifact attestation - Troubleshoot complex infrastructure problems across network, application and system layers

## Profile - Strong Kubernetes experience including tuning and troubleshooting on-prem Linux systems under load - Hands-on CI/CD background, GitLab CI experience is a plus - Practical experience with GitOps, ideally with ArgoCD - Software development skills in Python, Golang or Rust - Configuration management experience with Ansible and/or Terraform - A security mindset grounded in DevSecOps practices

## Offer - 3–6 months interim, then a permanent position - Office-first work model with some flexibility to work from home
