Aktualnie poszukujemy osób, które chcą z nami współtworzyć od podstaw suwerenną europejską platformę chmurową, tworząc realną alternatywę dla globalnych hyperscalerów. Tworzymy kompletny stack PaaS oparty na Kubernetes i open source. Od serverless i baz danych w modelu managed, po MLOps, monitoring i observability. Rola

Kluczowy inżynier DevOps w zespole PaaS Platform, odpowiedzialny za operacyjne utrzymanie i rozwój platformy. Zajmuje się K8S cluster lifecycle, GitOps pipeline, CI/CD oraz stabilnością operacyjną platformy. Łączy świat dev i ops - pilnuje, że to, co zespół buduje, jest gotowe do wdrożenia, obserwowalne i proste w utrzymaniu. Twoja codzienna praca ma bezpośredni wpływ na to, jak szybko shippujecie i jak stabilna jest platforma.

Do Twoich zadań należeć będzie:

  • K8S Cluster lifecycle: provisioning, upgrade, skalowanie, decommissioning.
  • Wdrażanie i utrzymanie narzędzi i rozwiązań wspierających działanie platformy.
  • Utrzymanie i rozwój GitOps pipeline'ów platformy.
  • CI/CD: pipeline'y buildów, platforma testów integracyjnych.
  • Wdrażanie standardów deploymentu i rollbacku ustalonych dla platformy.
  • Udział w on-call rotation dla krytycznych incydentów platformowych.

Wymagania:

  • Inżynier DevOps z praktycznym doświadczeniem w operowaniu infrastrukturą Kubernetes w skali produkcyjnej.
  • Doświadczenie z GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux) w środowisku produkcyjnym - utrzymanie i rozwój pipeline'ów.
  • Dobra znajomość Go lub Pythona.
  • Doświadczenie z Infrastructure as Code - Terraform, Ansible lub podobne.

Mile widziane:

  • Doświadczenie z upgrade path klastrów Kubernetes - rolling upgrades, certificate rotation.
  • Doświadczenie z Harbor, OpenBao lub podobne.
  • Doświadczenie z projektowaniem pipeline'ów GitOps dla platform multi-tenant.
  • Doświadczenie z budowaniem własnych operatorów Kubernetes.
  • Doświadczenie z pełnym release management - od buildów przez testy integracyjne aż po wdrożenie produkcyjne.
  • Sprawne posługiwanie się narzędziami AI-assisted development (Claude Code) jako naturalnym elementem codziennej pracy inżynierskiej.
