Deine Aufgaben

  • Leiten und Steuern bewährter Niederlassungen in NRW
  • Gewährleisten internationaler hochskalierbarer Service Delivery Standards
  • Weiterentwicklung nationaler und internationaler Customer Service Projekte (In- & Outbound, E-Mail und Chat Services)
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit und direkte Berichtslinie an die Geschäftsleitung
  • strategisches, technisches und kaufmännisches Leiten und Ausbauen der Niederlassung
  • fachliches und disziplinarisches Führen interner Teams (Projektleiter, Teamleiter etc.)
  • Umsetzen der Kundenanforderungen unter Berücksichtigung der Unternehmensziele
  • Gewährleisten der fach-, kosten- und termingerechten Entwicklung des Standortes
  • Kontrolle der Nachhaltigkeit aller Maßnahmen zur Kundenzufriedenheit am Standort
  • Verantwortung für das Staffing der Führungskräfte sowie deren Entwicklung
  • Erkennen von Potenzialen und Aufbau eines regionalen Partnernetzwerks sowie Übernahme des Relationship Managements
  • internes und externes Schnittstellenmanagement und Pflege der unternehmensinternen Kommunikation

Dein Profil

  • mehrjährige (Führungs-)Erfahrungen in der strategischen Leitung von Customer Service Teams in großvolumigen Projekten inklusive Personal- und Budgetverantwortung
  • ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken mit sehr hohem Maß an Kundenorientierung
  • verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und hohe zwischenmenschliche Kompetenzen
  • sehr gute Netzwerkfähigkeiten sowohl am Standort als auch innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe und der gesamten Branche
  • Methodensicherheit im Business Process Modeling / Outsourcing sind von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssicherheit gegenüber unseren Kunden und auf C- Ebene
  • sehr ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und eine starke Zahlenaffinität
