Buscamos uma pessoa desenvolvedora Back-end Pleno com foco em .NET Core, que atuará no desenvolvimento, evolução e sustentação de soluções distribuídas e escaláveis que suportam produtos e serviços da Avenue. Procuramos alguém que goste de construir soluções de qualidade, colaborar com diferentes times e contribuir para a evolução técnica das plataformas.

No seu dia a dia, você terá como responsabilidade

  • Desenvolver e evoluir serviços backend utilizando .NET Core, seguindo boas práticas de engenharia de software;
  • Participar da implementação de soluções escaláveis, resilientes e seguras, contribuindo para a evolução contínua da arquitetura dos sistemas;
  • Atuar na manutenção e melhoria de performance, confiabilidade e estabilidade das aplicações sob sua responsabilidade;
  • Trabalhar em parceria com times de Produto, Engenharia e demais stakeholders para entender necessidades e entregar soluções de valor para o negócio;
  • Participar de revisões de código, discussões técnicas e compartilhamento de conhecimento entre o time;
  • Contribuir para a adoção de boas práticas de desenvolvimento, testes e qualidade de software.

Requisitos obrigatórios

Para se encaixar na posição, buscamos alguém com experiência e conhecimento nos seguintes pontos:

  • Experiência com desenvolvimento utilizando .NET Core;
  • Vivência na construção e manutenção de APIs e serviços backend;
  • Conhecimento em bancos de dados MySQL e MongoDB;
  • Experiência com comunicação síncrona e assíncrona entre serviços;
  • Vivência com RabbitMQ ou outras soluções de mensageria;
  • Conhecimento de Design Patterns e princípios de desenvolvimento de software;
  • Experiência trabalhando em ambientes de produção e sustentação de aplicações;
  • Familiaridade com práticas de observabilidade, monitoramento e troubleshooting.

Diferenciais

Não é obrigatório, mas será um diferencial se você também tiver:

  • Experiência com Golang;
  • Vivência em serviços financeiros, fintechs ou ambientes regulados;
  • Conhecimento em arquiteturas distribuídas e microsserviços;
  • Experiência com observabilidade, monitoramento e troubleshooting em produção;
  • Participação em projetos de modernização ou evolução de sistemas.
