Sobre a vaga Representante da Avenue dentro dos escritórios do canal Íon do Itaú. Atua com presença física recorrente, dando suporte ao especialista Íon na identificação de oportunidades, capacitação da equipe e acompanhamento do ciclo de vida do cliente, desde a originação até a manutenção da conta.

No seu dia a dia, você terá como responsabilidade

  • Presença e Relacionamento: Atuar com presença física obrigatória nos escritórios parceiros, construindo e mantendo um forte relacionamento com especialistas, coordenadores e gerentes regionais para garantir o engajamento e a priorização da plataforma Avenue.
  • Leitura de Dashboards e Acompanhamento Comercial: Acompanhar dados básicos e relatórios da praça por meio de dashboards, conseguindo ler e interpretar indicadores simples para direcionar o foco de atuação (como identificar parceiros ativos, inativos ou sem recorrência).
  • Capacitação e Multiplicação: Conduzir sessões educacionais, treinamentos e workshops sobre produtos, processos operacionais e mercado internacional. Atuar diretamente na disseminação de estratégias, conceitos e oportunidades ligadas ao universo Avenue, contribuindo ativamente para o desenvolvimento técnico e comercial dos parceiros do Itaú.
  • Geração de Negócios: Identificar clientes com perfil adequado para investimentos internacionais e participar ativamente de reuniões e eventos comerciais, conduzindo o processo com foco em conversão e abertura de contas.
  • Suporte Operacional e Backoffice: Acompanhar o ciclo de vida operacional do cliente (da abertura de conta à efetivação do investimento), dominando os processos internos da Avenue para dar agilidade, resolver pendências e atuar de forma autônoma.
  • Gestão e Reporte: Garantir a manutenção das contas já encarteiradas e reportar de forma sistemática as atividades comerciais, gargalos operacionais e os resultados alcançados à liderança

Requisitos Obrigatórios Para se encaixar na posição, buscamos alguém com experiência e conhecimento nos seguintes pontos:

  • Experiência prévia relevante na área de relacionamento comercial, preferencialmente em cenários B2B, B2C ou parcerias comerciais no mercado financeiro.
  • Facilidade para lidar com plataformas internas e ferramentas de BI básicas (saber extrair e ler dashboards).
  • Disponibilidade total para atuação presencial nos escritórios e praças definidos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita.

Diferenciais Não é obrigatório, mas seria incrível se você também possuir:

  • Certificações de mercado vigentes (ex: CPA-20, CEA, CFP, SIE).
  • Conhecimento aprofundado em plataformas de investimentos internacionais e estruturação de patrimônio no exterior.
