Buscamos un profesional experto en materia tributaria para asegurar el cumplimiento oportuno y preciso de todas las obligaciones fiscales en Colombia. Este rol es crítico para mantener la alineación con las políticas globales de nuestra casa matriz en EE. UU., garantizando reportes bajo estándares internacionales y minimizando cualquier riesgo de contingencia legal o financiera.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Cumplimiento Local (Compliance): Preparar y presentar declaraciones tributarias nacionales (Renta, IVA, Retención en la fuente) y territoriales (ICA, avisos y tableros) en Medellín y demás ciudades con presencia operativa.
  • Información Exógena: Liderar la preparación, validación y presentación oportuna de medios magnéticos nacionales (DIAN) y distritales.
  • Reporte a Matriz (US Reporting): Asistir en la estructuración del paquete de impuestos trimestral y anual bajo estándares ASC 740 (provisión de impuestos corriente y diferido) para la consolidación financiera en EE. UU.
  • Precios de Transferencia: Recopilar y coordinar con consultores externos la información requerida para el Informe Local y Maestro respecto a operaciones con vinculados económicos en el exterior.
  • Atención de Auditorías y Control Interno: Responder a requerimientos de la DIAN, UGPP, firmas de auditoría externa y auditorías internas bajo lineamientos de la Ley SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley).
  • Conciliación Fiscal: Ejecutar la conciliación entre la utilidad contable (bajo NIIF/IFRS) y la utilidad fiscal.

Requisitos

Requisitos del Perfil

  • Formación: Profesional en Contaduría Pública con Tarjeta Profesional vigente.
  • Posgrado: Especialización en Impuestos (Finalizada o en curso).
  • Experiencia: 3 a 5 años en departamentos de impuestos de multinacionales o firmas Big 4.
  • Idiomas: Inglés Intermedio-Avanzado ( B2). Debes ser capaz de participar en llamadas globales y redactar reportes técnicos para la casa matriz.
  • Conocimientos Técnicos: Estatuto Tributario Colombiano actualizado. Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera (NIIF/IFRS). Conocimiento deseable en US GAAP. Dominio de plataforma Muisca y prevalidadores de la DIAN.

Herramientas Tecnológicas

  • ERP: Manejo avanzado de SAP o Oracle.
  • Excel: Nivel avanzado (Tablas dinámicas, Power Query, deseable Macros).

Competencias Clave

  • Atención al detalle: Rigurosidad extrema en el manejo de cifras y reportes legales.
  • Comunicación Asertiva: Habilidad para traducir la complejidad tributaria local a socios extranjeros.
  • Pensamiento Analítico: Identificación de eficiencias y planeación fiscal ética.
