Deine Mission

  • Du nimmst dir die Maschinen vor, die andere stehen lassen: Du analysierst, wartest und reparierst das komplette Caterpillar\-Sortiment \- von der kompakten Kettenmaschine bis zum massiven Grossbagger
  • Du greifst zu modernen Diagnosetools, gehst Fehlern an Hydraulik, Motoren und Elektrik auf den Grund und schraubst mit echtem Verstand an der Lösung
  • Kurze Wege statt Papierkrieg: Du entscheidest dank kurzer Entscheidungswege kompetent vor Ort und setzt Reparaturpläne entschlossen und ohne Umwege um
  • Du liebst aussergewöhnlichen Service: Mit deiner präzisen Arbeit sorgst du dafür, dass die Maschinen unserer Kundschaft schnell wieder dort sind, wo sie hingehören \- auf der Baustelle
  • Du übernimmst die volle Verantwortung für deine Arbeit, achtest auf sauberen Arbeitsschutz und nutzt Werkzeuge und Ressourcen clever und sicher
  • Du tauschst dich mit deinen Kollegen aus, profitierst von gegenseitiger Erfahrung, nimmst neue Technik\-Trends neugierig an und meisterst Herausforderungen gemeinsam als starkes Team

Dein Background

  • Abgeschlossene Grundbildung als Baumaschinenmechaniker, Landmaschinenmechaniker, Lastwagenmechaniker (EFZ) oder eine vergleichbare mechanische Lehre
  • Handfeste Praxiserfahrung in der Fehlersuche und Instandsetzung von Hydraulik\-, Elektrik\- und Antriebssystemen an schweren Maschinen
  • Du denkst lösungsorientiert, liebst knifflige technische Herausforderungen und behältst auch dann einen kühlen , wenn es brennt
  • Ein offenes Wort und ein ehrlicher Umgang im Team sind dir wichtig \- du hörst zu, packst mit an und begegnest allen auf Augenhöhe
  • Du hast den Führerausweis der Kategorie B im Portemonnaie und Lust, dich technologisch stets weiterzuentwickeln
