Production Intern

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Production Intern to support our production team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the assembly, testing, and quality control of state-of-the-art drone systems. You will work closely with our production specialists to ensure that our drone systems meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the assembly of drone systems, following detailed assembly instructions and technical schematics.
  • Participate in the testing and calibration of drone systems to ensure optimal performance and adherence to quality standards.
  • Support the development and implementation of production processes and improvements.
  • Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of assembled drone systems to identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with the production team to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Document production processes, test results, and any issues encountered during assembly and testing.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience or coursework in mechanical assembly and electronics is a plus.
  • Knowledge and being proficient in soldering, harnessing, and crimping
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions accurately.
  • Basic understanding of drone technology and components is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
