Who We Are:

We are proudly part of the Zynga & Take-Two Interactive family. We do things differently here: we work in small self-managing teams, giving you an incredible amount of ownership, autonomy, and impact.

At Gram, everyone is expected to have a razor-sharp focus on creating a tangible impact on their team, their work environment, and on the overall company strategy. If you are motivated by autonomy, constant improvement, collaboration, and a sense of belonging, this is the place for you.

Position Overview:

Love the process of making great games? Do you like to help guide others through the process from concept through to managing live games? We are looking for a Production Intern to join us at Gram Games and partner with our producers on all aspects of production

You will be a driving force within your team, assisting them with planning and execution to achieve the highest quality. You will empower your team to deliver an outstanding game with high quality, on budget, and on time.

Come join us! You’ll find a dynamic and engaging culture while being a key driver in rapidly delivering features to our players.

Duration: 12 Months

What You’ll Do:

  • Planning & Execution: Working with design, product management, feature teams, leadership, and partner teams, you will ensure clarity of the team’s goals, work with stakeholders and the team to set backlog priorities, and foster ownership of these goals within the team.
  • Communication & Leadership: Facilitate and ensure clear communication, written, verbal, and visual, between disciplines, teams, and individuals. This includes transparent progress, status, and risk reporting, as well as quantitative production delivery metrics. You are adept at keeping everyone in sync with plans and any updates as they happen.
  • Release Management: Ensure high-quality releases by working with QA, Development, Design, Art, Product, and other teams to make sure our releases are well-defined, clearly communicated, high-quality, and compliant with all requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Craft the right processes for the team. Work with your team’s senior leadership to iterate on processes through team input and continuous exploration.

What You Bring:

  • Recent graduate (having completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the past 12 months) in Game Development, Game Production, Game Technology, Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Effective at driving order out of uncertainty, with excellent prioritization and decision-making skills.
  • Influential across both in-person and written communication channels.
  • Effective in one-to-one as well as one-to-many communication.
  • Effective team collaborator and meeting facilitator.
  • Experience with development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
  • Experience with project status and risk reporting.
  • Basic understanding of planning tools (such as Atlassian Jira, Airtable, Smartsheet, AI tools, etc.).
  • A real passion for games.
  • Ability to work hybrid from the Gram Games London office at least two days a week.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
