Estamos en búsqueda de un Administrador Rotativo para unirse a nuestro equipo en Guayaquil, Guayas, Ecuador en el área de Gastronomía y Turismo. Buscamos un Supervisor para ocupar esta increíble oportunidad.

Como Administrador Rotativo, tendrás la responsabilidad de supervisar y coordinar las operaciones diarias de nuestros diversos establecimientos de alimentos y bebidas, incluyendo restaurantes, parrillas, cevicherías, cafeterías y servicios de comida para llevar. Tu misión será garantizar que nuestros clientes reciban un servicio de calidad excepcional en un ambiente acogedor y familiar.

Para tener éxito en este rol, necesitarás tener una formación Universitaria completa y demostrar habilidades de liderazgo, organización y resolución de problemas. Serás responsable de asegurar que se cumplan los estándares de calidad y brindar orientación a nuestro talentoso equipo de trabajo.

La modalidad de trabajo es Presencial y el horario es Full-time. Esta es una posición única que te permitirá sumergirte en el apasionante mundo de la gastronomía y el turismo, brindando experiencias culinarias de alta calidad a nuestros apreciados clientes.

Requisitos

Requisitos para Administrador Rotativo

  • Título de tercer nivel o estudios en Administración de Empresas, Gestión Empresarial, Comercial o afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en cargos administrativos, supervisión o manejo de personal.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en diferentes sucursales y horarios rotativos.
  • Conocimientos en gestión operativa, servicio al cliente, inventarios y manejo de caja.
  • Capacidad de liderazgo, organización y resolución de problemas.
  • Manejo de herramientas informáticas (Excel, Word y sistemas administrativos).
  • Habilidad para coordinar equipos de trabajo y cumplimiento de metas.
  • Excelente comunicación y orientación al cliente.
  • Disponibilidad inmediata (opcional).
  • Movilización propia (opcional, según la empresa).
