Buscamos uma pessoa Analista de Qualidade e Processos para ser responsável pela conformidade técnica do sistema de gestão da qualidade da AWA Construtora, atuando com autonomia na avaliação normativa, no tratamento de não conformidades e na condução de auditorias frente aos requisitos da ISO 9001 e do PBQP-H/SiAC. A partir dessa avaliação técnica, a pessoa também estrutura processos, documentos e indicadores, dando suporte às equipes de Engenharia e Almoxarifado no dia a dia das obras. É uma posição estratégica, que exige rigor técnico, visão de conjunto e capacidade de transformar exigências normativas em rotina prática para toda a construtora.

Principais atividades:

Avaliar tecnicamente a conformidade do SGQ aos requisitos da ISO 9001 e do PBQP-H/SiAC;

Analisar não conformidades e ações corretivas, distinguindo causa de sintoma e verificando a eficácia das soluções;

Avaliar a adequação técnica de laudos, certificados e documentos de fornecedores e prestadores de serviço;

Planejar e conduzir auditorias internas, e apoiar tecnicamente as auditorias externas de certificação;

Manter e evoluir a arquitetura documental da qualidade (hierarquia, versões e acessos);

Elaborar e revisar procedimentos, manuais técnicos e catálogos de indicadores no padrão exigido pela norma;

Aplicar metodologias de análise e melhoria de processos (como PDCA, Ishikawa e 5 Porquês);

Definir e priorizar indicadores de processo e qualidade para subsidiar decisões da liderança;

Interfacear com Engenharia e Obras na padronização de métodos construtivos e no controle técnico de materiais;

Dar apoio técnico às equipes de Engenharia e Almoxarifado no atendimento aos requisitos da norma em campo.
