The posting

Buscamos um(a) Analista de Qualidade e Processos para atuar no desenvolvimento de novos processos e na melhoria contínua dos processos atuais relacionados ao transporte rodoviário, contribuindo para o aumento da eficiência operacional, padronização e redução de custos.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Mapear, analisar e modelar processos, identificando oportunidades de melhoria, padronização e otimização
  • Auxiliar no desenvolvimento e implantação de novos processos relacionados às operações de transporte rodoviário
  • Conduzir junto ao time de Qualidade as análises de causa raiz e tratativas de desvios (MASP, Ishikawa, 5 Porquês), garantindo a efetividade dos planos de ação
  • Elaborar, revisar e manter atualizada a documentação dos processos (procedimentos operacionais, instruções de trabalho e políticas)
  • Monitorar e analisar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), propondo ações de melhoria contínua
  • Desenvolver análises e dashboards para acompanhamento de indicadores utilizando Excel
  • Apoiar iniciativas de melhoria contínua, utilizando metodologias como Kaizen, A3, DMAIC e Lean Six Sigma
  • Identificar oportunidades de automação e otimização de processos, utilizando ferramentas de BPM, BPMS, VBA e outras tecnologias
  • Promover treinamentos e disseminação da cultura de processos e melhoria contínua
  • Apoiar iniciativas de redução de custos, aumento de eficiência e produtividade

Requisitos

  • Formação em Administração, Engenharias ou áreas correlatas
  • Experiência com mapeamento, análise, BPM, BPMn e melhoria de processos
  • Excel intermediário

Diferenciais

  • Experiência prévia em Processos ou Qualidade na área logística
  • Vivência em processos de certificação OEA e SASSMAQ
  • Conhecimento em VBA
  • Conhecimento de criação de dashboards em Power BI.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de análise de causa (MASP, Ishikawa, 5 Porquês, etc.)
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de modelagem de processos (Bizagi, Visio ou similares)
  • Certificação Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt
