* Objetivo do trabalho: O Auxiliar Operacional é responsável por dar suporte nas atividades diárias da empresa, garantindo que os processos operacionais sejam executados de forma eficiente. Essa função é fundamental para manter a organização e agilidade nas operações, contribuindo diretamente para a qualidade do atendimento ao cliente e para o cumprimento dos prazos de entrega.

* Responsabilidades:

- Auxiliar na organização e controle de estoques, mantendo a acuracidade das informações sobre produtos disponíveis.

- Apoiar na movimentação de mercadorias, incluindo a carga e descarga de produtos, sempre seguindo as normas de segurança e qualidade.

- Colaborar na preparação de pedidos para envio, garantindo que todos os produtos sejam conferidos e embalados corretamente.

- Participar da manutenção da limpeza e organização do ambiente de trabalho, promovendo a eficiência operacional.

- Manter comunicação eficiente com a equipe e outros departamentos, reportando qualquer necessidade ou anormalidade observada nas operações.

- Cumprir as normas e procedimentos internos da empresa, assegurando que as atividades sejam realizadas conforme as diretrizes estabelecidas.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em operações logísticas, com familiaridade em processos de armazenamento e movimentação de materiais.

- Habilidade em trabalhar em equipe, com boa comunicação e disposição para colaborar nas atividades diárias.

- Capacidade de seguir instruções e procedimentos operacionais, sempre buscando melhorar a eficiência do trabalho.

- Conhecimentos básicos em informática para registrar e acompanhar as atividades operacionais.
