En Awasi estamos en la búsqueda de un AyudanteTécnico en Mantención para unirse a nuestro equipo en Puerto Natales. En este rol, estarás a cargo de garantizar el óptimo funcionamiento y conservación de las instalaciones.

Objetivo del cargo: Actuar como el ayudante y soporte técnico principal del Gasfíter SEC, Electricista SEC y Lider de Villas Carpintero, en terreno para garantizar la continuidad y el estándar de ultra-lujo del hotel. Su propósito es brindar apoyo directo en la instalación de nuevos circuitos, reparaciones y mantenimientos de calefacción, eléctricos y sanitarios, mantener la infraestructura base, ejecutar reparaciones correctivas rápidas y realizar trabajos de carpintería y obra gruesa, colaborando además de forma flexible en las distintas contingencias operativas del área de mantenimiento y del hotel.

Requisitos

Formación Académica

  • Educación técnica nivel medio – deseables estudios técnicos superiores área construcción o mantenimiento – deseables cursos o certificaciones de competencias en instalaciones sanitarias, eléctricas, gas, construcción, mantenimiento o carpintería.

Experiencia

  • 5 años como ayudante de mantención, ayudante de gasfiter, ayudante de electricista, ayudante de carpintero.
  • 3 años de experiencia como maestro 2da de cualquier especialidad.

Conocimientos especificos

Procesos de Obra Civil y Demolición Ligera: Técnicas seguras para excavación manual de zanjas, calicatas, picado de muros, pasadas de losas y desmontaje de tabiquería.

Materiales y Uniones Hidráulicas/Eléctricas: Identificación de diámetros, tipos de conductores, tuberías (PPR, cobre, PVC, PEX) y métodos de unión (soldadura, termofusión, pegado, prensado).

Técnicas de Restitución y Terminaciones: Dominio práctico en aplicación de yeso, masillas, empaste, fragüe, colocación de cerámicos y aplicación homogénea de pintura.

Carpintería Estructural y Obra Gruesa: Manejo de maderas estructurales, nivelación de soportes, tabiquería de vulcometal y fijaciones mecánicas.

Operación de Herramientas Eléctricas: Conocimiento normativo para el uso seguro de rotomartillos, esmeriles angulares, ranuradoras y sierras de banco.

Nociones de Climatización: Comprensión básica del circuito de fluidos, instalación y purgado de radiadores de calefacción.

Normativa de Seguridad Eléctrica y Sanitaria: Nociones básicas de las exigencias SEC en instalaciones eléctricas (RIC) y sanitarias (RIDAA) para no alterar el trabajo de los especialistas.
