Garantizar el funcionamiento seguro, continuo y conforme a la normativa de las calderas de calefacción, la red de gas, el agua caliente, las instalaciones sanitarias y la planta de tratamiento de aguas servidas (PTAS) del hotel, manteniendo al día la documentación exigible (libros de vida de calderas, certificados de mantención y registros de PTAS) y liderando en forma segura a la cuadrilla que se le asigne, bajo los estándares de ultra-lujo del hotel.

Requisitos

Formación Académica:

Licencia SEC de instalador de gas clase 3 o superior vigente (excluyente). Licencia de operador de calderas de calefacción vigente (excluyente). Deseable título técnico en gasfitería, instalaciones sanitarias o climatización.

Experiencia:

Junior: menos de 3 años de experiencia contados desde la obtención de la licencia SEC. Senior: 3 años o más desde la obtención de la licencia SEC; el Junior puede optar a Senior al cumplir ese plazo con evaluación favorable de la jefatura.

Conocimientos:

Conocimientos Específicos Requeridos (Excluyentes)

  • Normativa SEC de instalaciones de gas.
  • Operación y mantención de calderas de calefacción y sus dispositivos de seguridad.
  • Calefacción por radiadores, agua caliente sanitaria y redes de GLP (pruebas de hermeticidad).
  • Lectura de planos sanitarios y de gas.
  • Registro documental: libro de vida de calderas y certificados de mantención.

Conocimientos Complementarios (Deseables)

  • Operación y control de PTAS y ósmosis inversa.
  • Nociones eléctricas de quemadores, bombas y tableros de calderas.
  • Análisis de combustión y uso de detectores de gas/CO.

Habilidades:

  • Liderazgo en seguridad: guía, motiva y controla a su cuadrilla poniendo la seguridad por delante del plazo.
  • Rigor normativo y documental: registros completos, al día y verificables.
  • Criterio y toma de decisiones en terreno resguardando el estándar del hotel.
  • Comunicación asertiva con otros departamentos.
  • Adaptabilidad ante emergencias de calefacción y agua en clima extremo.
  • Diagnóstico y reparación de calderas, quemadores y sistemas de calefacción.
  • Detección de fugas y uso de instrumentos (analizador de gases, detector de CO, manómetros).
  • Cubicación y especificación de materiales sanitarios y de gas.
