Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Supervisor/a de Housekeeping para unirse a nuestro equipo. Tu misión principal será liderar junto a la Jefa de Mucamas al equipo de Housekeeping, coordinar la operación diaria y asegurar que cada habitación, villa y área común sigan los más altos estándares de limpieza, orden y hospitalidad.

Responsabilidades

Liderazgo, Planificación y Coordinación:

  • Planificar y distribuir diariamente el trabajo del equipo de mucamas según la ocupación del hotel, turnos y prioridades.
  • Coordinar con Recepción la entrega oportuna de habitaciones limpias, reportar salidas y gestionar prioridades de limpieza.
  • Supervisar el desempeño, comportamiento y la impecable presentación del personal a cargo.
  • Capacitar y reforzar continuamente al equipo sobre los estándares del hotel, buenas prácticas y normas de seguridad.
  • Participar en reuniones operativas, reportar indicadores del área y colaborar en la mejora continua del servicio.

Control de Calidad y Gestión:

  • Realizar inspecciones periódicas (controles de calidad) en habitaciones, villas y áreas comunes para garantizar que estén listas para las llegadas y salidas de los huéspedes.
  • Gestionar y controlar el stock de suministros, amenities, ropa de cama (linen) y productos de limpieza, asegurando su uso eficiente.
  • Reportar inmediatamente a la Jefa de Housekeeping cualquier daño, desperfecto en mobiliario o artículos olvidados (Lost & Found).
  • Resolver con excelencia requerimientos o reclamos de los huéspedes en coordinación con otras áreas.

Apoyo Operativo y Servicios Especiales:

  • Supervisar y apoyar en labores de lavandería: Lavar, secar y planchar prendas de huéspedes, staff o linen, velando por el buen estado de las lavadoras, secadoras y planchas.
  • Atención Premium: Encender las boscas (estufas a leña) de las villas cuando se requiera, realizar limpieza de zapatos de huéspedes y hacer coberturas.
  • Logística interna: Mantener el orden de la bodega de mucamas, retirar pedidos, limpiar áreas comunes (huéspedes y staff) y, en caso de estar autorizado/a por la jefatura, conducir el vehículo interno para el traslado entre villas.

Requisitos

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Experiencia demostrable en roles de supervisión de Housekeeping o como Mucama Senior en hoteles boutique, resorts o complejos de villas de alto estándar.
  • Licencia de conducir vigente (Excluyente para el traslado entre villas).
  • Conocimientos sólidos en técnicas de limpieza, lavandería, uso de maquinaria hotelera y protocolos sanitarios/seguridad.
  • Discreción absoluta y manejo confidencial de la información de los huéspedes.
  • Habilidades clave: Liderazgo asertivo, excelente comunicación, orientación al detalle, resolución de problemas y actitud de servicio.
