Stellenbeschreibung

  • du bist flexibel unterwegs, um den persönlichen Kontakt zu unseren regionalen Neu- und Stammkunden auf- und auszubauen
  • deinen Arbeitsalltag planst und gestaltest du eigenständig
  • du pflegst partnerschaftliche Kundenbeziehungen, verhandelst Konditionen und verantwortest Jahresgespräche mit Entscheidern
  • vor Ort präsentierst du unser Vermarktungsportfolio und entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Kunden Lösungen
  • mit Hilfe von Kennzahlen und Analysen treibst du den Kundenerfolg voran
  • im Team unterstützt du bei der Entwicklung kundenindividueller, kreativer Kommunikationslösungen

Qualifikationen

  • idealerweise bringst du erste Sales-Erfahrung mit - Quereinsteiger sind ebenfalls herzlich willkommen
  • du kennst dich mit der Vermarktung von Medienflächen aus oder hast Lust, es zu lernen
  • im Kundengespräch fühlst du dich wohl, hier wird dein Sales-Gen geweckt
  • du begeisterst und inspirierst mit deiner Präsenz
  • du hast Spaß daran, Ziele zu erreichen und gemeinsame Erfolge zu teilen
  • du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2)
