Stellenbeschreibung

  • du arbeitest als direkte Assistenz des CTO & CPO der Axel Springer SE unterstützt in allen operativen und administrativen Aufgaben
  • du übernimmst das Terminmanagement in all seinen Facetten: Vorbereitung, Koordination und Nachbereitung von Terminen
  • du unterstützt bei der Reiseplanung und Reisekostenabrechnung
  • du koordinierst, planst und organisierst Projekte, Veranstaltungen und Workshops
  • du bist Schnittstelle zwischen Führungskräften, Mitarbeitern sowie externen Stakeholdern
  • du übernimmst die nationale und internationale Korrespondenz, auch auf Englisch
  • du betreust Kunden, Gäste und Partner

Qualifikationen

  • du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder einschlägiges Studium sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Assistenzfunktion auf Managementebene oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • dein Teamgeist sowie ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit zeichnen dich aus
  • dein Kommunikationsgeschick überzeugt auf allen Hierarchieebenen - in sehr gutem Deutsch und Englisch
  • du zeichnest dich durch deine organisatorischen Fähigkeiten und dein Zeitmanagement sowie die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen, aus
  • du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit AI-Tools und setzt diese sicher und effizient im Arbeitsalltag ein
  • gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und Microsoft Teams sind ein Muss
  • absolute Zuverlässigkeit und Vertraulichkeit setzen wir voraus
