Stellenbeschreibung

  • du unterstützt unser Business Events Team bei der Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung hochwertiger B2B- und Thought-Leadership-Events
  • du wirkst bei der inhaltlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Eventformate mit und recherchierst zu aktuellen gesellschaftlichen Themen, relevanten Persönlichkeiten und Trends
  • du übernimmst Aufgaben bei der Ansprache und Betreuung von Speakern, Gästen, Partnern und weiteren Stakeholdern
  • du erstellst und koordinierst Veranstaltungsunterlagen wie Briefings, Präsentationen und Ablaufpläne und unterstützt die Vor- und Nachbereitung unserer Events
  • du arbeitest eng mit Redaktionen, Vermarktungs- und Kommunikationsteams sowie externen Partnern zusammen und unterstützt bei der Durchführung unserer Veranstaltungen vor Ort
  • du bringst eigene Ideen ein und übernimmst nach und nach eigenverantwortlich kleinere Projekte und Aufgabenbereiche

Qualifikationen

  • du bist aktuell immatrikuliert und möchtest im Rahmen deines Studiums ein Praktikum absolvieren
  • du studierst Medien, Kommunikation, Wirtschaft oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • du hast idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen im Eventumfeld gesammelt
  • du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und behältst auch bei mehreren Projekten den Überblick
  • du bringst Organisationstalent, Eigeninitiative und eine Hands-on-Mentalität mit
  • du bist sicher im Umgang Microsoft 365, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel
  • du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
