Werde Teil unseres FP&A-Markets-Teams und arbeite an der Weiterentwicklung der gruppenweiten Performance-Steuerung über internationale Märkte hinweg. Als Senior Finance Manager für die operativen Geschäftseinheiten verbindest du im Head Office fundierte Finanzarbeit mit klarer Kommunikation und einem Blick für kontinuierliche Verbesserungen an Planungs- und Reportingprozessen.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • du verantwortest die Aufbereitung, Konsolidierung und Analyse von Finanz- und Performance-Daten für nationale und internationale Märkte
  • durch die Weiterentwicklung von Reportings, Dashboards und KPI-Strukturen sicherst du Datenqualität und ein konsistentes Reporting
  • du unterstützt nationale und internationale Tochtergesellschaften bei Reporting-, Forecast-, Budget- und Planungsprozessen
  • gemeinsam mit den Portfolio- und Investment-Teams analysierst du finanzielle Entwicklungen, identifizierst Abweichungen und Ursachen und leitest Handlungsempfehlungen ab
  • mit fundierten Analysen, aussagekräftigen Visualisierungen und belastbaren Entscheidungsgrundlagen unterstützt du Management-Reviews und eine faktenbasierte Steuerung
  • durch die Weiterentwicklung von Datenstrukturen, Reporting-Standards und Controlling-Prozessen förderst du die Harmonisierung über verschiedene Märkte hinweg
  • in enger Zusammenarbeit mit BI-, Data- und Systemteams treibst du Automatisierung sowie den Einsatz moderner Analyse- und AI-Lösungen im Finance-Bereich voran

Qualifikationen

  • mehrjährige Erfahrung in FP&A, Controlling oder Corporate Finance
  • fundierte Kenntnisse im Management Reporting und in der Analyse großer Datenmengen
  • sicheres Auftreten im internationalen Konzern- und Multi-Entity-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Stakeholdern sowie in der Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen
  • sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit BI-Tools wie Power BI, SAP BW oder SAC
  • hohe analytische Kompetenz, Verständnis für Daten- und Reporting-Strukturen sowie Interesse an Automatisierung, Data Analytics und AI-Anwendungen im Finance-Umfeld
