Directeur des opérations =========================

Dans le cadre de son développement, une entreprise spécialisée dans le secteur des dispositifs médicaux recherche son futur directeur des opérations pour accompagner directement le CEO dans le pilotage et la structuration des opérations.

Missions principales

Véritable bras droit opérationnel du CEO, le/la COO aura notamment pour responsabilités :

* Superviser et optimiser les activités de production, logistique et achats ;

* Structurer et améliorer les processus de gestion et de fonctionnement de l'entreprise ;

* Piloter l'évolution des systèmes d'information : ERP, CRM, infrastructure IT et outils digitaux ;

* Accompagner l'intégration de solutions d'automatisation et d'intelligence artificielle ;

* Superviser les outils et plateformes web ainsi que les interfaces avec les marketplaces ;

* Mettre en place les indicateurs de performance nécessaires au pilotage des opérations ;

* Accompagner le CEO dans la croissance, la structuration et la transformation de l'entreprise.

Profil recherché

Nous recherchons un profil disposant d'une expérience significative dans une fonction de direction des opérations (COO, VP Operations, Directeur des Opérations, Head of Operations…) ou ayant déjà occupé un poste avec un périmètre comparable.

Une expérience dans le secteur des dispositifs médicaux / MedTech ou dans un environnement industriel réglementé constitue un réel avantage.

Le profil recherché combine leadership, vision opérationnelle et capacité d'exécution, avec une bonne compréhension des enjeux liés à la production, la supply chain et à la transformation digitale.
