Wat houdt de job in?

Projectmanagement

  • Je beheert meerdere projecten parallel, van initiatie tot oplevering
  • Je vertaalt klantbehoeften naar concrete oplossingen en challenge't waar nodig
  • Je stelt projectplannen op (timing, mijlpalen, resources) en bewaakt scope, budget, timing en kwaliteit
  • Je identificeert risico's en issues en stuurt tijdig bij
  • Je staat in voor heldere en proactieve communicatie naar alle stakeholders
  • Je zorgt voor een kwalitatieve oplevering volgens de Axians-methodologie
  • Je stimuleert samenwerking en ownership binnen je teams

Technische context

  • Je werkt binnen uiteenlopende domeinen zoals:
  • IT-infrastructuur
  • Cloud & datacenter
  • Networking & cybersecurity
  • Software development en applicatieprojecten
  • Hightech en industriële oplossingen
  • Je begrijpt architectuur- en designkeuzes en kan deze kritisch evalueren
  • Je schakelt vlot tussen technische en business stakeholders

Business & klantrelaties

  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met klanten en bewaakt hun tevredenheid
  • Je ondersteunt commerciële trajecten met input voor offertes, oplossingen en haalbaarheidsstudies
  • Je denkt mee over optimalisaties in processen, tools en projectaanpak

Jouw profiel

  • Minstens 4-5 jaar ervaring als Project Manager of een sterke technische achtergrond (bv. System Engineer / Software Engineer)
  • Bachelor of master in IT, engineering, bedrijfskunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Kennis van projectmethodologieën (Agile, Prince2, PMP…)
  • Affiniteit met technologie en interesse in complexe omgevingen
  • Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Je bent assertief, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht
  • Je kan meerdere projecten tegelijk beheren in een dynamische context
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels (Frans is een plus)

Extra troeven

  • Ervaring met software ontwikkelingsprojecten (Agile/Scrum)
  • Ervaring in complexe of gereguleerde omgevingen (industrie, mobiliteit, hightech…)
  • Certificeringen zoals PMP of Prince2
  • Interesse of ervaring in business development en commerciële trajecten
