JUNIOR SETTLEMENT OFFICER What We Are Looking For We are looking for a Junior Settlement Officer to join the Securities Settlement Department. This role is focused on supporting the settlement lifecycle of securities transactions, ensuring the accuracy of operational processes, maintaining data quality, and contributing to the efficient execution of settlement, reconciliation, and custody activities within a financial services environment.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

  • Monitor and ensure the successful settlement of securities transactions and associated products.
  • Perform cash and position reconciliations between internal systems and local custodians.
  • Maintain and update referential data in coordination with the relevant teams.
  • Support clearing, custody, and post-settlement operational processes.
  • Respond to operational queries and emails in a timely and professional manner.

Your Main Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in Banking or Financial Operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of financial markets, securities operations, or settlement processes is considered a plus.
  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
