En nuestra empresa líder en servicios de Supply Chain Management, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Analista de Cuentas a Pagar para unirse a nuestro equipo en Colina, Región Metropolitana, Chile. Formarás parte del área de Administración, Contabilidad y Finanzas, desempeñando un rol crucial en la gestión integral de las cadenas de suministro del sector de alimentación.

Para esta posición, buscamos a un profesional con formación académica en Contabilidad General o Auditoría, con al menos 3 años de experiencia en análisis de cuentas a Pagar de proveedores nacionales y extranjeros. Será fundamental contar con habilidades en análisis de cuentas Activo - Pasivo y costeo de mercaderías. Se valorará positivamente el manejo de ERP JD Edwards y plataforma de SII, así como dominio avanzado de XLS.

Como Analista de Cuentas a Pagar, tus responsabilidades incluirán el ingreso de facturas nacional e internacional, conciliación de proveedores, solicitud y liquidación de gastos de Agentes aduanales, envío de información de pago a proveedores, aprobación y rechazo de documentos en portales electrónicos, envío de detalles de pago, soporte de atención a proveedores, preparación de reportes de diferencias en recepción y precios, así como el análisis de cuentas de activo y pasivo.

Requisitos

  • Contador General o Auditor de IP o Universidad
  • 3 años de experiencia en cargos de analista de cuentas a Pagar proveedores nacionales y extranjeros
  • Análisis de cuentas Activo – Pasivo
  • Costeo de mercaderías (PLUS – no excluyente)
  • Manejo ERP JD Edwards, modulo AP – Contabilidad (PLUS - no excluyente)
  • Manejo en plataforma de SII (aceptación o reclamo de documentos- descarga de libros – consultas en general)
  • Manejo de Excel nivel avanzado
