Supervisor de Almacén

Actividades:

Seguimiento y análisis de indicadores de desempeño, así como garantizar la correcta ejecución de las transacciones de in & out en WMS.

Garantizar las herramientas de trabajo para el personal a cargo (equipos de carga motorizados, handheld,) así como asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas de seguridad e higiene.

Responsable de las asignaciones de tareas al personal en turno, con base a los volúmenes o cargas de trabajo.

Análisis, balanceo y gestión de cambios en plantillas de personal para el correcto balanceo de las operaciones.

Capacitación en los procesos operativos asociados al sistema con el almacén (WMS y nueva versión JDE ).

Asegurar el cumplimento de las BPA´s

Acercamiento y empatía con el personal operativo evitando la rotación interna del área

Escolaridad:

  • Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)

Experiencia:

  • supervisor de almacén: 2 años (Deseable)

Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial

Requisitos

Requisitos:

Educación: Licenciatura o Ingeniería (trunca o terminada deseable)

Experiencia: En centros de distribución mínimo 2 años,(Cámaras de temperaturas abatidas, conocimientos ERP y WMS, manejo de Excel y bases de datos, manejo de indicadores de desempeño y rotación de personal en áreas logísticas y distribución, conocimientos en procesos administrativos/ sistemas de centros de distribución y almacenes, conocimientos en control de inventarios, conocimientos técnicos en manejo de equipos de radiofrecuencia, manejo de personal operativo.)

Experiencia en Centros de distribución y almacenes de cadena de frio.
